Informational service

Excalium provides news organization, market context and AI-generated portfolio intelligence for informational purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not recommend or execute trades.

Accounts and connections

You are responsible for your account and for information you connect or save. Investment-account connections are read-only; Excalium cannot trade or transfer funds. Do not attempt to bypass security or use the service unlawfully.

Credits and subscriptions

Every plan provides the complete product. Plans differ by monthly Excalium Credits. One successful personalized action or delivery costs one Credit. Public browsing does not use Credits. Paid subscriptions renew according to the cadence shown at purchase; unused monthly Credits expire and do not roll over.

AI and market-data limitations

Market information can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. AI output can contain errors. You must independently verify information and remain responsible for your decisions.

Intellectual property

Excalium and its software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party stories, trademarks and data remain the property of their owners.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal or operational reasons. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Excalium does not guarantee uninterrupted access, market outcomes or the accuracy of third-party or generated content.
