- Is the live feed really free?
- Yes. The real-time public news feed is free and always will be — no account required. You only pay for Pro, which adds personal signals and alerts on top of the feed.
- What do I get with Pro?
- Personal portfolio signals — Excalium matches market events to the stocks you actually hold, including second-order moves, and tells you whether each is a tailwind or a headwind and why. Pro also sends those signals to you instantly on Telegram and raises your AI deep-dive allowance to 200 a month (Free includes 10).
- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- You start Pro with a card on file, free for 7 days. If you keep it, it converts to $10/month at the end of the trial. If you cancel before then, you're not charged.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel during the trial or any time after. Cancelling stops future billing and returns your account to the free feed at the end of the current period.
- How do I receive Pro alerts?
- Through the Telegram bot (@excaliumbot) and your signed-in dashboard. Link your Telegram once and portfolio signals arrive in your chat the moment they're matched — no firehose, just your holdings.
- What does Pro cost?
- $10 per month after the free trial. Billing is handled by Polar as merchant of record, so taxes and receipts are taken care of.
